Dear Mr. Fogelberg:

This letter is being written to you on behalf of Paramount Pictures Corporation (hereinafter “Paramount”). Paramount is the owner of rights in and to the “Indiana Jones and The Kingdom of The Crystal Skull” motion picture (hereinafter referred to as “Indiana Jones”). No one is authorized to copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use Indiana Jones without the express written permission of Paramount.

It has come to our attention that the website located at “http://www.gnolad.com,” for which you operate, is reproducing and distributing Indiana Jones. The specific URL from which these unauthorized copies are being distributed, displayed and reproduced is:

Paramount hereby demands that you and all those who have acted in concert with you immediately cease any unauthorized copying, transmission, distribution and/or other utilization of any of Indiana Jones.

We demand that you immediately provide us with written confirmation that you have complied with Paramount’s demands. Should you not do so, Paramount expressly reserves all of its rights to file a lawsuit against you to obtain damages for all past acts of infringement and an injunction to prevent any future infringement.

Nothing contained in this letter constitutes an express or implied waiver of any rights, remedies, or defenses of Paramount, all of which are expressly reserved.

Very truly yours,

/s/
