The official trailer for the Sci-Fi drama Jumper is out. Hayden Christensen plays a young man who discoverers he can teleport himself at will.

Postcards is a large-format 38 minutes film about an engineer working to build a base on the moon. Written and directed by Alan Chan, and FX guy who also worked on  Beowulf, Titanic, Lord of The Rings: The Two Towers and Polar Express. Postcards is available on DVD.

This looks like a good Science Fiction movie… NOT! :) In the future, a corrupt regime keeps the truths from citizens with the help of chips implanted in their brains.

From Luigi Cozzi, the director of such cult classics as Hercules and Starcrash comes another disaster of a movie. Alien Contamination (1980) borrows shamelessly from better known Sci Fi movies and the acting is as it should be in these kind of movies - laughable. Killer sound track, though - by horror prog rockers Goblin. 

This sci fi series has been completely off the radar for me until I read about it a week ago. Charlie Jade is a PI in a world dominated by greedy multinational corporations. By accident he is thrown into a parallel universe. 20 episodes were filmed in Cape Town, South Africa. Out soon on DVD.

This is a concept trailer for Palij - a russian sci fi animation movie that does not exist yet.

My french is a bit rusty but it sure looks cool. The Sarah Conner Chronicles will premiere in January. Fox has released trailers and some clips which IMHO looks kinda sucky. “Come with me if you want to live”?!?! Hey that’s Arnold’s line. And whats up with that Arnold lookalike terminator? Well I’m not impressed. But I still hope it won’t be a watered down version for TV. Which it probably will be. Oh well. Sigh…
