It was only a matter of time before someone would do a modern version of Russ Meyer’s trash classic Faster Pussycat! Kill! Kill! Bitchslap will hit the theatre in late 2008. I suspect I will catch this one on DVD.

A trailer for Caprica has been released. The made-for-TV film takes place 50-70 years before the events of the celebrated series Battlestar Galactica.

Wow! This is really bad. I can’t believe how bad this is. I’ve just watched the second trailer for Frank Miller’s The Spirit and my mouth is still gaping. Watch The Spirit take LSD and make out with beautiful women. See Samuel L Jackson in strange outfits. Awesome!

Finally the first trailer is out for the Max Payne movie, starring Mark Wahlberg. Max Payne - the movie is based on the the two famous genre setting computer games by Finish games studio Remedy. I played both games and enjoyed them very much. I just hope they don’t screw up the movie too much, and stick with the noir.

Norway, in the year 709. In the middle of the Viking era, a spaceship crashes carrying a humanoid foretelling the arrival of monsters from space. :)

It’s written and directed by Larry Bishop but this trailer oozes of its presenter Quentin Tarantino and his love for old biker movies.

The fifth and final trailer for The dark knight was originally shown on Wizard World in Chicago 2007. It doesn’t have much dialog but instead we get to see lots of action shots with The joker and a final shot of Two-face.

Brittish zombie action The Vanguard has finally been graced with a release date on DVD. Set the calender for September 30th.

Why are always the Russian trailers better than the American ones? For example, the Russian trailer for Wanted kicked some major ass compared to the American one. Here’s another example with Mutant Chronicles. Too bad I don’t understand a word of it, but the action looks really nice.
