Mirrors Red band trailer

We ran the first trailer for Alexandre Aja’s Mirrors a while ago and it looked like a standard American run-of-the-mill horror movie. It focused on evil invading the house of a family man (Kiefer Sutherland). This second, red band version is much more interesting - it’s really dark and nasty, and introduces the old warehouse where the man works - and the shiny, scary mirrors on the wall.

Mirrors is a new horror film directed by Alexandre Aja (The hills have eyes). Starring Kiefer Sutherland as a mall security man who starts to investigate a series of murders happening in front of the mirrors of a store.

The french are getting a reputation at the moment for making the hardest horror in town - they’re breaking all the rules with films like À l’intérieur and Frontière(s). A promo trailer has just been leaked for Martyrs, which promises to be the next big thing from over there. Check it out while it’s still up.

The legendary occultist Aleister Crowley is brought back to life through possession of another body. This feature film is written by Iron Maiden singer Bruce Dickinson and Monty Python editor Julian Doyle, who also directs the movie.

Fringe - new TV series by JJ Abrams

On Tuesday night the new TV series Fringe will premiere on Fox. Written by the three titans J.J. Abrams, Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci this looks like a series I could really like. Very cool trailer!!
