The french are getting a reputation at the moment for making the hardest horror in town - they’re breaking all the rules with films like À l’intérieur and Frontière(s). A promo trailer has just been leaked for Martyrs, which promises to be the next big thing from over there. Check it out while it’s still up.

Now this is what I call a horror trailer - dark, disturbing and violent. A gang of young thieves flee a Paris in chaos after a bank job. They check in to a hotel run by a family of crazy neo nazis - and they are not very nice.

A pregnant woman has just lost her boyfriend in a car accident. When she gets home she finds out there is a female stalker out to get her. One of the bloodiest french horror films from yesteryear will be out on DVD in April.

The trailer for the French claustrophobic Sci Fi Horror Eden Log was released some time ago. Unfortunately I haven’t found any trailer with English subs yet, but I decided to run it anyway since it looks amazing.
