Yup. The header says it all. It’s a whopping five minutes from the beginning of the film.

The premiere date for this highly anticipated fantasy adventure is getting closer, and more clips are released by the hour. Here is another clip which unfortunately looks like it has been ripped from an animated movie of some sorts. I really hope that it looks better on screen.

What to write about this one? Well I have actually seen it on VHS back in the 80s. I remember I thought it was really funny and I suspect I would find it as amusing if I saw it again today. Starring the mega-beefed up twin brothers of body building Peter Paul and David Paul.

Disney and Pixar… Can they make a flop? No, don’t think so actually… But, isn’t that E.T’s sound we are hearing?

It’s a good year for fantasy (and so will 2008 be). The official trailer for The Spiderwick Chronicles has been released and it looks good.

This sci fi series has been completely off the radar for me until I read about it a week ago. Charlie Jade is a PI in a world dominated by greedy multinational corporations. By accident he is thrown into a parallel universe. 20 episodes were filmed in Cape Town, South Africa. Out soon on DVD.

Troma is responsible for classics like The Toxic Avenger and Class of Nuke ‘Em High. One of their most horrible releases must be A Nymphoid Barbarian in Dinosaur Hell.

This preview sure looks stunning but we will have to wait until December to see the whole movie.

It looks amazing but the choice of director for this kind of mastodon fantasy doesn’t really impress me. In my eyes, Chris Weitz has a lot to prove, considering his previous work as a director.

Seven credited actors, including a vampire creature… I Am Legend can only be a real doomsday movie! Francis Lawrence made Constantine a couple of years ago, so this may be something great though I would love to see a Constantine sequel or  prequel. But, I’m surley gonna see this flick!
